I’ve had to walk with a broken leg, but I walked
I’ve had to live with a broken heart, but I am alive
I listened to God when he talked
That’s why he let me survive

I’ve walked down the wrong road
But then God made me turn it all around
He knew I couldn’t carry that load
So he got me back on steady ground

The trip to Hell isn’t a pretty one, I’ve been there
I caught the wrong train, it’s called Stupidity
He got me on the right track, showed me I had a prayer
And then how to deal with reality

I got caught up in the Devil's old trap, made me stumble
Not a stumbling block, but a building block, so I can make it all new
I can walk with a broken leg, thank you for making me humble
And Lord, I can live and love with my new heart.......amen, thank you
